Courses:

Payment: A non refundable deposit of 10% is required with each booking and the balance is required no later than 4 weeks before the course. Refunds are at the sole discretion of the Directors of Sarah Raven’s Cutting Garden Ltd. (SRCG) and will only be considered if cancellation in writing is received at least 6 weeks prior to the start of the course. Please note that your place is not confirmed until SRCG have received your deposit. It is advisable to check availability and secure your place in advance using your credit card number.

As Sarah Raven does all the teaching, SRCG retains the right to reschedule if she is ill or otherwise unavailable. In the event of this happening SRCG will refund the course fee and will reimburse the client for reasonable accommodation and travelling costs which are supported by invoices and evidence of the costs incurred.
